Project description

Mountford Pigott was appointed to lead the design team for the redevelopment of this urban site in a rapidly changing area in Battersea to create a high-density mixed-use scheme. The consented proposal comprises a large self-storage facility; commercial office space; small flexi-office units; retail units and 180 residential units.

As part of the development a new public realm will also be created providing seating space, soft landscaping and widened footpaths. The scheme features a 20-storey tower on the prominent southern corner of the site.
