Revit- able Technician.
We are seeking to recruit a technician with Revit experience for a full-time position at our New Malden office to work on our growing portfolio of industrial, leisure and residential projects. Technicians, Technologists and architects with delivery stage technical knowledge and UK construction project experience, Revit skills and experience of collaborative working in a BIM environment are invited to apply. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the challenge and satisfaction of working on larger and more complex projects within a supportive team environment with potential role development to becoming a project runner. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years’ experience of UK construction projects and will be fully conversant with Revit. Salary will be commensurate with the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of post-planning stages construction stage models in Revit
- Preparation of tender stage drawings and documentation
- Preparation of construction details and schedules
- Coordination of third party models and information
Skills and Experience
- CIAT qualified technologist or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant UK post-qualification experience
- Proficient Revit user
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
