Mountford Pigott was appointed by GLi, the joint venture between Patrizia and Kingston Space, to support the development of a major masterplan for Charlton Riverside.

The proposals will facilitate the regeneration of a series of low-quality and semi-derelict sites, delivering up to 79,000m² of employment space alongside significant new infrastructure. The masterplan is designed to accommodate a diverse range of occupiers and business uses, unlocking the potential of this strategically important riverside location.
