Cold Storage Facility, Felixstowe

Mountford Pigott is delighted to be acting for Landlink Estates to prepare designs and a planning application for a substantial new cold store at Blue Barn near Felixstowe. The facility will provide storage for locally harvested salad crops, ancillary bagging and welfare facilities along with parking and extensive soft landscaping areas. Development is scheduled to start in Summer 2026.
