Roaring Meg Redevelopment and Rebranding

Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce the completion of the latest phase of redevelopment and rebranding at Roaring Meg, Stevenage, one of the UK’s premier retail parks.

The recent programme of works has included the delivery of a landmark new store for M&S, alongside a series of conversions and refurbishments to accommodate TK Maxx, Homesense, Mountain Warehouse, Superdrug, Sports Direct and Next.

The project has also incorporated significant improvements to the southern car park, together with a comprehensive signage and wayfinding programme to rebrand the park as part of the new 9 Yards portfolio. This includes new entrance feature signage, totems and enhanced wayfinding throughout the scheme.

With further asset management initiatives already in the pipeline, the completion of this phase marks another important milestone in the continued evolution of Roaring Meg and reinforces the momentum behind this exciting redevelopment.
