Former The Entertainer HQ refurbishment

Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for the alteration and refurbishment of the former Entertainer HQ in Little Chalfont, near Amersham.

The proposed scheme for Axel Logistics comprises the subdivision of the existing 89,000ft² warehouse to create two new units: a 43,000ft² unit (Unit 1) and a 31,000ft² unit (Unit 2).

Unit 1 will include the refurbishment of the existing 3-storey office accommodation at the front of the building. Part of the existing office accommodation will be removed to facilitate the installation of a new loading ramp and dock doors.

Unit 2 will incorporate new office accommodation, which will utilise part of the existing storage mezzanine.

The wider works will include the general modernisation of the building’s external cladding, together with improvements to parking, pedestrian routes and yard areas. New soft landscaping will also be provided as part of the overall site improvements.
