Engine Works Development on-site

Work has now started on site at the Engine Works development at Westwood Cross, Margate. The innovative scheme will provide over 60,000 ft² of flexible floor space that will suit a wide variety of small business users and start ups. All units have the flexibility to incorporate a full mezzanine, with the potential for the final scheme to deliver up to 120,000 ft² of space. We have worked closely with the developers to launch the marketing website for the scheme, with a selection of both internal and external CGI’s produced by our graphics team. Works on site are progressing well, with completion scheduled for Q1 2026.
