Mountford Pigott was appointed by Jaysam Construction to deliver this residential apartment block in Ruislip, North West London. Our appointment included the preparation and submission of a s73 planning application following design development, production of a fully detailed construction package and site assistance throughout the delivery phase up to practical completion. The development comprises 41 apartments set over 4 storeys, along with basement car parking and is located directly opposite South Ruislip Tube Station.
