Former Entertainer HQ

Mountford Pigott has recently secured planning approval for the alteration and refurbishment of the former Entertainer HQ in Little Chalfont, near Amersham, on behalf of Axel Logistics.

The scheme involved the subdivision and comprehensive refurbishment of the existing 89,000ft² warehouse to create two new high-quality industrial units. Unit 1 provides approximately 43,000ft² of accommodation, while Unit 2 comprises approximately 31,000ft².

The refurbishment of Unit 1 includes the upgrade of the existing three-storey office accommodation at the front of the building, alongside the removal of part of the existing offices to facilitate a new loading ramp and dock doors.

Unit 2 incorporates new office accommodation formed within part of the existing storage mezzanine, creating efficient and modern workspace alongside the refurbished warehouse facilities.

The wider development includes the modernisation of the building’s external cladding, together with improvements to parking, pedestrian routes and service yard areas. New soft landscaping completes the scheme, enhancing the overall appearance and functionality of the site.
