Project description
Mountford Pigott was appointed to lead the initial stages of the masterplan and subsequently the delivery of retail and public realm elements of the scheme which included a new bridge over the River Frome.
The scheme comprises a 3,200m² Waitrose, smaller retail units and 350 new homes on a 10Ha site with new pedestrian links to the town.
