Project description
Mountford Pigott initially obtained planning consent for the master planned delivery of nearly 28,000 m² of B1/ B2/ B8 space on this strategically important site to the North of Bognor Regis. The scheme was subsequently amended to include an Aldi foodstore, drive thrus and a car showroom to assist with site infrastructure funding.
The scheme is being delivered in phases and the current delivery phase includes a 3,250m² distribution warehouse and offices for Warburtons, as well as a series of light industrial units.
