Project description
Mountford Pigott was appointed by Glencar Construction to deliver this industrial development which forms part of the Royston Gateway, a major 30-acre, mixed-use development in Royston, Hertfordshire. Phase 1 comprised 3 business/warehouse units (B1, B2 and B8 Use Class) totalling 6,220m² (67,000ft²) and associated external works, was completed in Q1 2022. We have since been commissioned by the developer Kimberley Developments Ltd to deliver the next 2 phases comprising 3 sites totalling 19,500m²
