Tollgate Centre, Colchester
Project description
Mountford Pigott led the design team for the improvements and extensions at the Tollgate Centre Colchester. Works included new pods for McDonald’s and Costa, as well as recladding and conversion of an existing pod for the first ever UK Boots drive-through. Improvements included comprehensive park-wide refurbishment, extensions and new signage. All external areas were also upgraded with high-quality public realm, hard and soft landscaping.
