Project description

Mountford Pigott was appointed to provide a full architectural service for retail and leisure elements within this newly designated, 23 hectare, town centre site. The project included a new 6,500m² food store; petrol filling station; 600 residential units, retail units and a new primary school.

Mountford Pigott also obtained planning permissions for the replacement of the ageing Odeon cinema with 2,800m² of new retail as well as the comprehensive refurbishment of 2 further shopping terraces.
