Next Opens at Roaring Meg Retail Park

We are delighted to have worked closely with Next and their team to help deliver their striking new store at Roaring Meg Retail Park in Stevenage.

This impressive full-line store, which includes a substantial mezzanine, has already proven to be an extremely popular addition to the Park.

The new Next store represents the latest phase in the ongoing transformation of Roaring Meg for our client, 9 Yards, who are bringing a fresh and dynamic approach to this major asset. The Park recently featured in an Accessible Retail Study Tour earlier this year, highlighting its growing success and continued evolution.

Recent initiatives at Roaring Meg have included the delivery of a landmark new store for M&S, alongside conversions and refurbishments to accommodate TK Maxx, Homesense, Smyths Toys, Mountain Warehouse, Superdrug, Sports Direct, and Nando’s.

Further asset management initiatives are already in the pipeline, continuing the momentum behind this exciting redevelopment.
