Mountford Pigott is pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for the redevelopment of the former Debenhams store in the historic centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The new scheme, for our client Blue Coast Capital LLP, comprises a 148-bedroom Hilton Motto hotel and a range of flexible commercial units at ground floor level. The redevelopment continues the regeneration work of our successful Bell Court scheme and replaces the old Debenhams block with a building carefully considered to respond to the historic fabric of the High Street whilst improving the connection to the centre of Bell Court.
