Our residential development in Newhaven for Thakeham Homes is progressing well on site.
Below is an early drone construction video of our residential development in Newhaven for Thakeham Homes comprising 74 apartments. The site has now been cleared and stabilised with the ground floor slab due to be poured in the next few weeks.
Look out for further drone footage in the next month as progress continues on site.

Mountford Pigott is proud to have been appointed by Thakeham Group to deliver one of its first partnership residential schemes at Clifton Road, Newhaven adjacent to the River Ouse. The development comprises 74 housing association apartments for Optivo, arranged over 4 storeys with undercroft car parking and landscaped central courtyard.
Construction of the scheme will commence during spring of this year with completion planned for winter 2022.
