Planning Approval for Landmark Travelodge Hotel

Mountford Pigott are pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for the redesign of Travelodge’s Landmark hotel project at Boord Street, Greenwich.

The updated design takes the total number of rooms up to 367, with a series of design amendments to the internal layouts, cores, parking & servicing arrangements.

Detailed design development on the project has already commenced, and construction is scheduled to start in Q2 2026.
