Planning Approval for Topgolf Gateshead

Mountford Pigott is delighted to announce that Gateshead Planning Committee has resolved to grant planning permission for a new state of the art Topgolf facility at the former Federation Brewery site, adjoining the Metrocentre.

The Topgolf development will provide 102 hitting bays over 3 levels, with a number of bars and F&B offers on a prominent 12 acres site. This is a landmark project for the region, bringing over 350 new jobs, which will help unlock significant economic and social value as part of the broader MetroGreen regeneration vision.
