Leafy Grove, Keston

We are delighted to report that our scheme for the redevelopment of an existing house in Keston (London Borough of Bromley) has received planning approval within the statutory determination period.  Although we made it look easy the development proposal was not without its challenges  – part of the site sits within the Green Belt and an increase in height was proposed.  However, comprehensive documentation and contextual visualization of the scheme enabled officers to reach a speedy conclusion to permit the development.  We’re very pleased for our client Lusson Ltd and look forward to taking the project forward to construction with them.
