    Planning consent has been granted for our major mixed use redevelopment at Manor Road, Selsey. The 22 acre site, owned by Landlink Estates, forms the Northern gateway entrance to the town, and will feature a new foodstore and PFS for Asda; a hotel and restaurants; community buildings; and 139 residential units, together with substantial infrastructure and landscaping. Work will commence shortly on procuring the project, which will start on site early in 2016.
