This site of 3 hectares forms almost the entire urban block of what was formally a Victorian industrial site, manufacturing wine and vinegar, next to the retail and commercial heart of Worcester.


The area is now within a conservation area and contains two listed grade II buildings.


The insertion of a modern retail scheme, with the considerable constraints of existing buildings - while at the same time creating new pedestrian links, presented considerable challenges for the urban regeneration of the area.
