Mountford Pigott has prepared designs for a retail-led, mixed-use redevelopment of a run down retail and commercial estate on one of the main approaches into Hove.


The £50m scheme for Parkridge & La Salle is anchored by a foodstore, with further 10,200m² retail space, restaurants, 5,575m² offices, 180 residential units and a 520-space basement car park. The innovative design groups units around a new piazza, with high-quality public realm.


This highly sustainable scheme is designed to BREEAM "Excellent", with zero-carbon housing.
