Expanding Our Team

We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our management team with the creation of five new associates.

Over the years Sue Clay has become one of our most respected delivery stage project leaders whose calm and ordered approach is appreciated by clients and contractors.

Alison Lacey is an architect with over twenty years of experience at all stages of design and delivery whose all-round abilities allow her to lead projects and teams from inception to completion.

Darko Teslich is an architect with over twenty years of experience.  He has become an expert and specialist in asset management leading Mountford Pigott’s team for these projects.

Janine Herholdt leads complex projects at planning and delivery stages.  With a great capacity to manage large volumes of detailed information coupled with tenacity and perseverance she is a great project leader for Mountford Pigott’s growing portfolio of complex mixed-use developments.

Oliver Bogusch makes a significant contribution to Mountford Pigott’s front-end and feasibility stage capability.  He leads our masterplanning and residential planning team where his analytical and spatial planning skills allow the rapid production of viable and deliverable scheme concepts.

However, we haven’t become a band of managers!  These promotions have come at a time of expansion for Mountford Pigott.  Following instructions for a number of significant construction and graphic projects we are delighted to welcome new staff to our planning, delivery and graphics teams – Adam, David, Dimi, Goncalo, Greg, Josh, Jonathan Mathu, Robert and Tika – welcome!  We are already feeling the benefit of their contributions.  We are also pleased to welcome Andrew and Pawel back to Mountford Pigott after time away from the practice.
