The scheme comprises a large self-storage facility; commercial office space, small flexi (incubator) office space, retail units and circa. 200 residential units. As part of the development a new public space will also be created which will provide relief from noisy traffic. The scheme culminates in a 23 storey tower adjacent the focal point corner.
Several pre-application meetings have taken place with the officers and meetings have taken place with the Ward Councillors and the Leader of the Council and a well-attended public consultation has taken place.
