Holiday Inn Express in Cornwall

We are very pleased to announce the successful opening of the first Holiday Inn Express in Cornwall, at the Cornwall Services located at the Victoria Interchange junction on the A30 near Bodmin.

Construction was challenging given the site’s elevated and exposed position, however the hotel has opened to a very positive reception and is already trading extremely well. The scheme reinforces this major well established service area, which the practice completed a few years ago.

Further phases of work are now planned for employment development on the adjoining sites.
